The second time we ordered a canvas from MyCartoon. This time from our own labradoodle Ross. So happy with the end result!!
When we received the sample, the submitted photo turned out to be incorrect. Ross's right eye was not visible through his fur, which I hadn't noticed before. With some disappointment I then requested to use a different photo. The MyCartoon team then photoshopped the eye in the first photo very nicely, so that it is still visible and could be used.This shows very strong insight into our wishes as a customer, customer-friendliness and thinking along with MyCartoon. Moreover, it all went very quickly and the quality is more than excellent. Highly recommended, big compliments for this service!
